Leave Policy

As Virtual Aviation is a hobby and real world commitments do not always allow you to take part every day of the year.
Aerosvit Virtual Airline has a leave policy that allows pilots wishing to take a break from Aerosvit may do so.
The following informs you of how to place yourself on leave.

Placing yourself:

1. You must send an email to Cor de Bruin, V-Bird VA Group CEO (you may do this from the contact us area of the website).
2. Please include your name and AEW Pilot ID.
3. Indicate how long of a leave you are requesting.
4. Enjoy your leave!

Leave information
You are entitled to 3 months of leave per calendar year. Further extentions may be granted by the CEO on a case-by-case basis.

Returning from Leave
Simply send send the CEO an email to indicate that you would like to placed on active status again.

If the 3 months are exceeded without correspondence from the member, the Inactivity rule will then apply.
